Meet Adrian
Adrian O'Brien is a renowned performance coach, public speaker, and a student of success. Based in the Republic of Ireland, Adrian works with a variety of sports teams and individual sportspeople, providing his coaching services either in person or via Zoom as appropriate.

Over the past 10 years Adrian had merged academia with practical application producing results that speak for themselves. The journey has taken him to the highest level in club championship GAA to success at the intercounty level.

Adrian has presented sports performance lectures in countries across Europe for organisations in both the private and public sectors.
